ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ప్రభుత్వం తల్లికి వందనం 2026-27 పథకానికి సంబంధించి సవరించిన పరిపాలనా అనుమతులు జారీ చేసింది. School Education (Ser.I) Department విడుదల చేసిన G.O.Ms.No.26, Dt:10-10-2026 ప్రకారం Phase-2లో తుది అర్హులుగా గుర్తించిన 3,29,201 మంది విద్యార్థులకు ఆర్థిక సహాయం విడుదల చేయడానికి అనుమతి ఇచ్చారు.
అదే ఉత్తర్వుల్లో పథకం మొత్తం administrative budgetను ₹10,208.69 కోట్లకు సవరించారు. మొత్తం eligible students సంఖ్యను 67,47,190 నుంచి 68,05,791కు పెంచినట్లు GO వివరాలు పేర్కొంటున్నాయి.

తల్లికి వందనం అమలుకు గతంలో ₹10,120.78 కోట్లు administrative approval ఇవ్వబడింది. ఆ సమయంలో 67,47,190 మంది విద్యార్థులను పథకం పరిధిలోకి తీసుకున్నారు.
తర్వాత beneficiary data verification, complaints resolution అనంతరం అదనపు eligible studentsను గుర్తించారు. దీంతో మొత్తం eligible students సంఖ్య 68,05,791కు చేరింది.

₹15,000 Benefit గురించి GO ఏమి చెబుతోంది?
గత Thalliki Vandanam guidelinesలో eligible mother లేదా guardianకు ప్రతి eligible childకు సంవత్సరానికి ₹15,000 financial assistance అందించే విధానం ఉంది.
2026-27 academic yearలో Class 1 నుంచి Class 12 వరకు, Intermediateతో కలిపి recognised Government, Private Aided, Private Unaided Schools, Junior Colleges మరియు Residential Educational Institutionsలో చదువుతున్న eligible studentsను scheme scopeలో పేర్కొంది.
G.O.Ms.No.26లో అన్ని original eligibility conditionsను మళ్లీ పూర్తిగా వివరించలేదు. Phase-2 approval తెలుసుకోవడానికి general scheme eligibilityతో పాటు final beneficiary data verification కూడా కీలకం.
Payment Release అంటే Account Credit అయిందా?
లేదు. Government financial assistance releaseకు order ఇవ్వడం ఒక administrative stage. Individual beneficiary bank accountలో amount credit కావడం తదుపరి payment processing stage.
GO వివరాలలో exact bank credit date లేదా beneficiary-wise payment status check link ఇవ్వలేదు. అందువల్ల “ఈ తేదీన డబ్బులు ఖచ్చితంగా జమ అవుతాయి” అని ఇప్పుడే పేర్కొనడం సరైంది కాదు.
